Notice of Weight Restriction on Bridge 0439

(Lacombe County, Alberta, August 22, 2025) – Lacombe County advises drivers of the following

changes in traffic patterns due to safety concerns on a County bridge.

• Bridge 0439, northwest of Range Road 1-2 on Township Road 40-2, east of Highway 20

(near Bentley), over the Blindman River, will be restricted to 5-tonne weight loads

starting on Friday, August 22, 2025.

Road users must meet restrictions or use an alternate route. The restriction will remain in place

until appropriate improvements or remedial work can be completed.
