On May 25, 2026, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Red Deer RCMP responded to a 911 call reporting a robbery at a business in the Easthills Shopping Center in Red Deer.

Police attended the location and determined that a lone male wearing a medical mask, had entered a liquor store with a firearm and demanded money from the worker. The male fled on foot with cash and liquor and has not yet been located.

The suspect is described as:

• Male

• Wearing grey zip up sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, and black shoes.

Red Deer RCMP are actively investigating this incident and are seeking assistance from the public.
