InvestStettlerCounty.ca launches September 8 to showcase local opportunities

and support investment readiness.

The County of Stettler No. 6 is pleased to announce the launch of InvestStettlerCounty.ca, a new investment attraction website designed to showcase opportunities in the County and provide businesses, developers, entrepreneurs and investors with easier access to information, data and resources.

The website provides a dedicated starting point for those interested in investing, developing, expanding or doing business in the County of Stettler.

InvestStettlerCounty.ca includes investment-focused information, mapping, community resources and other tools to help users learn more about the County, explore opportunities and make informed business and investment decisions.

InvestStettlerCounty.ca gives us an opportunity to showcase the strengths of our region and make it easier for businesses and investors to find the information they need,” said Reeve Larry Clarke. “We want people considering investment in our County to clearly see the opportunities that exist here and know we are ready to help connect them with the resources they need to move forward.”

The website was developed to support the County’s 2026-2029 Strategic Plan priority of advancing economic development, growth, and diversification. It is part of a broader rural economic development and investment readiness initiative, informed by consultations with local businesses, agricultural producers, and community partners. InvestStettlerCounty.ca builds on the first phase of that initiative, which launched in June with the County’s new Business and Services Directory, Grants & Funding Resources and Training & Support.

The new website focuses specifically on investment attraction, showcasing the County’s rural and agricultural economy, communities, location, development potential and opportunities for investment and growth. It is also designed to support existing businesses considering expansion, diversification or further investment in the region.

“Economic development is not only about attracting new investment; it is also about creating opportunities for the businesses and industries already here to grow,” added Reeve Clarke. “By bringing investment information, mapping, data and community resources together in one place, we can make it easier for people to explore opportunities and connect with the County.”

Businesses, developers, entrepreneurs, investors and community members are encouraged to explore the new website beginning September 8 at InvestStettlerCounty.ca.

The project was made possible through provincial grant funding received by the County of Stettler No. 6 to support rural economic development and investment readiness.
