Bindloss, Alta. – On Jan. 27, 2026, Oyen RCMP responded to a break and enter which occurred at the Bindloss Community Center. It is believed that between Jan. 6 and Jan. 27, 2026, unknown persons(s) broke into the community center, causing thousands of dollars damage to the buildings electrical systems. The suspects stole numerous items worth thousands of dollars, including alcohol, a meat grinder, sound system and animal mounts which are family heirlooms.
